Bike Park Riding: Where to start, the gear you need, and how to have fun!

We are off to an outstanding summer season, and with the recent openings of bike parks around Canada and the USA, we are dusting off our full-faces and getting ready for #moreskillsmorefun riding downhill.

So many of our camps this summer have bike park options for riders of all ability levels to try, and you don’t need to be a future all-park rider to have fun at these camps. If you are looking to grow your comfort with descending, so that your favorite home trail becomes a bit easier, a bike park camp is a great way to get in mileage with less climbing (my favorite).

Femme Cyclist podcast has recently published a discussion we created about how to get into bike park riding, and we invite you to check it out, and consider a park camp this summer!

Happy Trails (and chairlifts! woohoo!)
